About Operational Plan: 2020 - 2022
Our Committee have worked very hard during the 2019/2020 off-season, to develop an Operational Plan designed to grow and promote the Club as well as the great game of Rugby Union, within the South West of Western Australia from 2020 through to 2022.
This plan considers the changing Rugby Union landscape created by the withdrawal in 2017 of the Western Force from Australian Super Rugby as well as challenges specific to the local area and opportunities afforded to the Club by Rugby WA Juniors.
It provides the Club with the opportunity to refocus and develop a professional, highly regarded Association, built upon a solid base of operations and demonstrates how committed we are to the success of our Club.
Accordingly, we are very proud to advise that an overview of this plan is now available. We welcome your feedback and promote positive discussion about how we can all work together to make it and our Club a success.
