Bunbury Barbarians Junior Rugby Union

About Operational Plan: 2023 - 2025

Our Committee have worked very hard during the 2023 off-season, to develop an Operational Plan designed to grow and promote the Club as well as the great game of Rugby Union, within the South West of Western Australia from 2023 through to 2025.

This plan considers the changing Rugby Union landscape
created by the return of the western force to Super Rugby in 2020, devastating performance of the Wallabies in the 2023 world cup and the ensuing refocus of Rugby
Australia into grass roots rugby. As well as challenges specific to the local
area and opportunities afforded to the Club by Rugby WA Juniors.

It provides the Club with the opportunity to refocus and develop a professional, highly regarded Association, built upon a solid base of operations and demonstrates how committed we are to the success of our Club.

Accordingly, we are very proud to advise that an overview of this plan is now available.   We welcome your feedback and promote positive discussion about how we can all work together to make it and our Club a success.
